We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time ​for purchases made over the weekend or public holiday. These will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email with your order status including a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

No further amendments can be made once your order has been processed. Please refer to our returns policy if you require further information.

Please note that the stated delivery time frames are our best estimates. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive within this time frame as this is out of our control, especially during peak seasons or public holidays, or if parcels have been held by customs in your region/country. ​

Important: Parcel Returned to Us

If your parcel is returned to us for any reason (ie. incorrect address entered during order), you will receive an email from us notifying you of this and payment instructions for re-shipping. 



International orders may be subjected to customs clearance procedures. If taxes and duties apply to your order from us, you may need to pay a fee to your local customs office.

As every country has its own set of purchase allowance, import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office if you have any queries regarding international orders. 

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond initial delivery time frame estimates.

We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or extra charges incurred by the region or country you are shipping to.
