We aim to process your order within 3 business days. Please allow extra time ​for purchases made over the weekend or public holidays. These will be processed from the next working day.

You will receive an email with your order status including a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

No amendments can be made once you have placed your orders. Please refer to our returns policy if you require further information.

Important: Parcel Returned to Us

If your parcel is returned to us for any reason (ie. incorrect address entered during order), you will receive an email from us notifying you of this and payment instructions for re-shipping. 



International orders may be subjected to customs clearance procedures. If taxes and duties apply to your order from us, you may need to pay a fee to your local customs office.

As every country has its own set of purchase allowance, import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office if you have any queries regarding international orders. 

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond initial delivery time frame estimates.
