Returns & Exchanges
All sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
No change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please be sure of your choice before making your purchase.
For hygiene reasons, all earrings, bracelets, rings and hair scrunchies are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, we would gladly repair it - proof of purchase must be provided.
- Should it be unrepairable, we would exchange it for a new pair or an item of the same price.
- Damages due to wear and tear or mis-use will not be considered as faulty.
All sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
We do not offer returns / refunds if the package has been returned to us due to the non-payment of customs taxes, duties and charges. Please refer to our Order & Shipping page for more information.
Should this happen, you will be notified via email from customer care and the item will be shipped back at your own cost or disposed pending your decision. It will be disposed of if we do not hear from you in 10 days.
